5. Plants vs. Zombies - Front Lawn

We love LEGO and we love Plants vs. Zombies. This fun set has a wide variety of plants, zombies, vehicles and crazy Dave. You’d better just watch out for those peashooters, Zamboni zombie!

4. Antique Cabinet

We were instantly drawn to this ornate curio cabinet. The curved molding, pedestal feet, and shiny gold knobs invite you to take a closer look. But be careful what you wish for. When you peek inside, you’ll see a mix of creepy, crawly and downright spooky items – corals, tribal masks, gemstones, bones and skulls. This cabinet of curiosities is not for the faint of heart.

The upholstered chair completes the Baroque-inspired set, with its ornamental curves, pea-green color and textured cushion back. We’d definitely like to sit in this room, but maybe not for too long.

3. The Aurora

Subnautica is a family favorite game, so this is a no-brainer. The Aurora set looks like a complex ship build that could take us hours or even days to build. We’re excited to take on this challenge!

2. Legoland Central Station

WOW! This set truly has it all. An eye-catching design, unique details, plenty of characters and endless stories.

As you walk up the stairs to enter the station, you can’t help but marvel at the lampposts, golden bird statues, rooftop spindles and a giant clock. Early travelers can grab a croissant while they wait, but those running late will have to skip the snack.

Inside the station, you’ll see classic train station benches, ticket windows and a bathroom. The backside of the station is just as intricate as the front, with train tracks running right below the passenger platform.

What we love the most about this set, though, are the obscure glass windows. They can be seen on the ticketing windows, as well as the Arrivals and Departures glass. It’s a subtle touch that really helps evoke a different era, and we tip our hats to the designers. Well done!

1. The Great British Bake-Off

We are absolutely blown away by this set. It captures every element of the Great British Baking Show perfectly. The tent, the baking stations, pastel stand mixers, tasty bakes, vintage-style refrigerators, plaid tablecloths and more. The shelves are stocked with supplies, and the fridges open to allow bakers to cool down their hot cakes. The minifigures are also spot on! From spunky bakers to Matt’s shirts to Prue’s iconic glasses and bold jewelry. Plus, who can resist a scowling Paul Hollywood in LEGO form. (Though, obviously, his minifig will also need an icy blue stare.)

It’s a set that is designed to be interacted and played with. The walls of the tent are hinged, so they can open and close. There’s a camera crew that can follow the judges as they inspect the bakes. And check out Noel joking around with this baker, clearly trying to distract her into overcooking her caramel. You can imagine her waving him away with her whisk and a laugh.

This set is incredible and looks like a ton of fun. As huge fans of the show, we cannot wait to see this LEGO IDEA brought to life.
